Newbie looking for a "Simple" Example

Hi All,
I`ve downloaded loads of example and the .NET SDK but am so confuded.
Does anybody know of a Example which I could download which will show me how
to ADD, Delete, and Modify Records in a ASP page connected to a SQL Server?

getting start on asp.net data manipulation.
